Cecilia Xu is the managing principal of GT Global Advisory Inc., a commercial real estate advisory and investment platform focused on structuring cross-border joint ventures and deploying foreign capital into North America. The firm also operates as a single-family office, providing flexible debt and financing solutions to real estate developers.

Previously, Xu served as global capital placement director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she advised international institutional and family office investors on the deployment of billions of dollars across North American real estate sectors. A Harvard Business School alumna, Xu brings deep expertise in cross-border investment, capital structuring, and strategic advisory to her work at GT Global Advisory.
