Steven Harper is a founder and managing partner at Modellus Novus, where he oversees the growth and finances of the firm, as well as execution of strategic priorities. He is LEED and NCARB certified, licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Florida, and is also a board member and treasurer of Plus Pool, a non-profit committed to free and safe access New York City swimming waters. He previously worked at Kohn Pederson Fox in New York and Skidmore Owings & Merrill in Chicago.
