Hank Evans leads economic development and community engagement for OpenAI’s infrastructure projects. He partners with state and local governments across North America to support new data center developments, structure incentives and ensure each project delivers long-term value to the communities where OpenAI operates. He began his career at the Georgia Department of Economic Development where he supported companies with statewide site selection and incentives, and later led incentive negotiations for hyperscale developments at Vantage Data Centers.
