Robb Merritt is the vice president of Merritt Properties, LLC. He plays a "hands on" role in the day-to-day business of the firm with executive responsibilities as well as a primary role in acquisitions and development. True to family tradition, Robb learned the development business from the ground up and began his career in the field. He has served as president of NAIOP's Baltimore Chapter, on the Chapter's Legislative Committee, and on the NAIOP Board of Directors. He is current a member of the Industrial Development III Forum.
