Pete Williams joined CenterPoint in 2025 as senior vice president of investments for the West region. He previously sourced acquisitions throughout Southern California as vice president of investments for North Palisade Partners. Williams also served as director in the investments group at American Realty Advisors, responsible for sourcing and executing direct and joint venture investment opportunities in the Midwest and Southeast. He’s a member of NAIOP SoCal and ULI Southern California’s Industrial and Local Product Council.
