Jonathan Pearce is responsible for Ivanhoé Cambridge’s investment, leasing, and asset management operations for the office and life sciences sectors in the United States. Prior to his appointment in January 2023, Pearce held the position of executive vice president, leasing and development, counselling the company’s regional teams on all leasing and development activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. His responsibilities also included leasing for all owned (managed and non-managed) properties and developments in Canada and the continental U.S., comprising more than 120 million square feet in multiple markets.Pearce has over 30 years of experience in office and industrial leasing and the sale of corporate investment assets throughout North America. He serves on the board of IDI Logistics, a leading U.S. logistics investor and developer based in Atlanta and co-owned by Ivanhoé Cambridge. He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Urban Land Economics and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
