Connor Shea is Bedrock’s Senior Vice President of Asset Management, where he leads and oversees the asset management team in strategic business plan creation, execution and portfolio management.
Connor has a strong background in commercial and residential real estate. Prior to joining Bedrock, Connor served as the Vice President of Asset & Property Management at Broder & Sachse, where he was responsible for executing the strategic and operational plans for all assets under the company’s management. During his time there, he successfully formulated effective strategies to maximize asset performance for both multi-family and commercial properties, headed the onboarding of several new properties and identified opportunities for process optimization based on industry best practices.
Prior to that, Connor spent nine years at Colonnade BridgePort, a full service real estate investment management firm, and as a senior leader worked on both existing assets and ground up developments in Ottawa and Toronto Ontario.
