Steve Crosby is the CEO of InvestJax, a business backed not for profit involved in the revitalization of downtown Jacksonville, FL. He previously served as the long-time president of CSX Real Property, the real estate arm of eastern railroad CSX Transportation, involved in the development and/or sale of over $3B in assets during his three decade CSX career. Mr. Crosby joined NAIOP in 1985 and was chairman of NAIOP’s National Board of Directors in 2004. He is a member of the Business Park Development Forum and a current Foundation Research Committee member.
