Gina Allegrini is an investment sales associate specializing in the purchase and sale of automotive and industrial single tenant properties throughout Florida and the Eastern Seaboard. She has been involved in managing over 30 property listings throughout her time as an associate. As the membership chair on the NAIOP Northeast Florida board and membership chair on the Developing Leaders board, Allegrini plays a pivotal role in fostering new member engagement, involvement and registration. She has been recognized and awarded as a Rising Star in Real Estate, Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, and Rookie of the Year at Marcus and Millichap. She strives to continue to bring value to her clientele through knowledge of the real estate market, uncovering client needs to maximize the value of their assets, and assist throughout the transaction process to obtain net proceeds goals.
