Laurel Casey is a principal at Marq Logistics (Ares Management) focused on acquisition and development opportunities in the West and Central Regions. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Casey was a principal on the investments team at GLP Capital Partners (GCP), where she was responsible for sourcing industrial acquisitions and joint venture development opportunities in Southern California on behalf of GCP’s value-add funds. Previously, Casey was an investment director at Prologis, where she focused on the acquisition, entitlement and development of industrial properties throughout the Southwest. She holds a B.A. from Yale University with distinction in both History and Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles Anderson School of Management with a specialization in Real Estate. Casey is an active member of ULI and NAIOP both locally and nationally.
