As a founding member and vice president of ARCO’s New England division, George Green plays a key leadership role in the company’s design-build success, cultivating and sustaining long-term partnerships with some of ARCO’s most prominent repeat clients. Green is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, including initial feasibility assessments, cost estimating and design coordination. He oversees construction management and general contracting, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency through close collaboration with teams and subcontractors. Green also implements cost control measures and maintains detailed schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
