Yash Chapagain is a finance and real estate student at the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in December 2025. He placed 2nd in the 2025 Boston University Hospitality Real Estate Case Competition, leading the investment pitch for a complex mixed-use air rights development near Fenway Park. He also participated in the ARGUS University Challenge, where he modeled lease structures and projected cash flows using ARGUS software; cultivating into a comprehensive investment report. His extracurricular activities, involvement in the CU Real Estate Center, and success academically have earned him an internship at JLL Capital Markets in Denver during the summer of 2025.
