Iris Loureiro is the construction innovation manager at Prologis, where she manages an “innovation funnel” that tests and scales construction solutions focused on reducing embodied carbon, cost and schedule – building onto the vision for the "warehouse of the future.” Prior to Prologis, Loureiro worked as an engineer at a major general contractor firm working on data center, healthcare, commercial projects, and LEED certification. She holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University, is LEED AP BD+C accredited, and has her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
