Stephanie Dominguez serves as the assistant director of commercial development for the port department at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, providing strategic leadership and oversight of two teams: leasing and property development, and business development and industry relations. She leads teams responsible for overseeing trade development strategies, maritime relations, customer outreach and port efficiency initiatives for the largest port on the U.S. East Coast.
In her current role, Dominguez is working with executive leadership to modernize the marine terminal operator leases at the Port of New York and New Jersey, focusing on key priorities including safety and security, innovation, customer experience, performance standards and enhanced reporting on terminal operations. She also works with her teams to optimize cargo movement across local, national and international markets, working closely with industry stakeholders to drive efficiency, reliability and sustainability.
