Collin Barr is President of the Southern & Western Divisions for Ryan Companies US, Inc. In this role, Mr. Barr provides executive oversight to Ryan Companies Southeast Region in Tampa and Atlanta, the SouthCentral Region in Austin and Dallas, the Southwest Region in Phoenix and Tucson, the West Region in San Diego and the Northwest Region in Seattle. These five Regions encompass the disciplines of development, capital sourcing, architecture & engineering, construction, and property management, where project solutions are delivered to customers across the United States in the market sectors of: office, industrial, retail, healthcare, governmental, hospitality, multifamily, and senior living. Mr. Barr joined NAIOP in 1987 and is a member of the Diverse Asset Development Forum.
