Nicolas Isham joined W. P. Carey in 2008 and currently serves as managing director on the asset management team. His management responsibilities include redevelopments, leasing, restructurings, dispositions and other follow-on/expansion investments for W. P. Carey’s North American portfolio. He is responsible for a $5+ billion portfolio comprised of 400+ properties and 125 tenants. He oversees W. P. Carey’s in-house development and project management team and is a leader on setting W. P. Carey’s sustainability strategy. He is also a senior member of the W. P. Carey ESG Committee, a cross-functional team responsible for shaping and executing on W. P. Carey’s broader ESG strategy. As part of his development experience, he has led several sustainable developments for new industrial projects.
