Joseph S. Taylor is the president and CEO of Matrix Development Group in Cranbury, New Jersey. He has been a member of NAIOP since 1990 and was the chairman of the NAIOP’s National Board of Directors in 2005 and is a past vice chair of the Membership and Chapter Relations Committee. He is also a past president of NAIOP's New Jersey Chapter. He received the Developer of the Year Award in 1999. Mr. Taylor is a former member of the Nominating, Business Development, and Membership and Chapter committees, and was a NAIOP-PAC Trustee in 2010.
