Sal Visali

GID Industrial  | Director, Portfolio Management

Sal Visali serves as director for GID Industrial's portfolio management team. He supports portfolio construction and operational decisions across GID Industrial's various investment vehicles. Additionally, he assists GID industrial's co-heads in carrying out fundraising, business development and special initiatives. Throughout Visali’s tenure at GID, he has been involved in the acquisition, joint venture development, portfolio management, fundraising and business development initiatives pertaining to GID Industrial's co-investment and wholly owned investment vehicles.

Prior to joining GID, Visali was a formational member of STAG Industrial's Markets Group, where he performed real estate and macro-economic analysis to inform STAG's investment and management decisions. He is a member of the NAIOP National Forums and serves on the board of advisors for Big Brother Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts.
