Becca joined Trammell Crow Company in Denver in 2021, bringing a strong project and construction management background. A graduate of Marquette University’s Construction Engineering and Management program, Becca began her career in Denver with a general contractor, working on notable projects such as CU Boulder’s Athletic Champion Center and the Gaylord Rockies, before transitioning to a local hospital managing capital project expansions and renovations. She is currently working on the development of a 3.5MSF industrial fulfillment centerin Northern Colorado. Her focus is on managing development aspects from entitlements to turnover including compliance, contract negotiation, quality oversight, budgeting, coordinating, permitting, and construction. Becca is involved in the Colorado community through NAIOP Colorado (Programs Committee), Downtown Denver Partnership, and CREW Denver.
