Vivek Sah, Ph.D., is the director of the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management and a professor of real estate in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver (DU). He is also the co-director of the Affordable Housing program at DU. Sah’s primary research interests are in the areas of REITs and housing markets. He is currently the editor of the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management, and a past editor of the Journal of Sustainable Real Estate. He teaches graduate courses in real estate capital markets and financial analysis and undergraduate courses in real estate investments and finance.
