Doug is currently the founder and President of Logistix Property Group, a full-service real estate company focused on the investment, management, and development of industrial property. Doug has over 30 years of experience in the sector with leadership positions in some of the most highly respected companies in the industry. Much of the past ten years, Doug led the Indianapolis regional office for Opus Development Company where he completed over 10 million square feet of developments throughout the Midwest. Prior to that, Doug has held positions with First Industrial Realty Trust, Heitman Properties and DHL Supply Chain. Doug has completed millions of square feet of transactions and has worked on projects in multiple markets across the United States.
Doug resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife and youngest of four children. Doug is a long-time member of NAIOP where he is currently a Research Foundation Governor as well as a member of the Industrial V Development Forum. Doug is a member of IAMC and a licensed Ohio real estate broker. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from The Ohio State University.
