As Vice President of Leasing and Development for Duke Realty, Collin Phillips is responsible for generating new development and leasing opportunities, maintaining the existing tenant base, building and maintaining broker relationships, and cultivating relationships with community leaders throughout Southern California. His responsibilities include pursuing build-to-suit development opportunities, as well as leasing available space and managing third-party brokers in the company's 14.8 million square-foot portfolio. Collin joined Duke Realty in 2017 after eight years with two other industrial developers. He was involved in leasing and development, as well as acquisition underwriting and due diligence in several western markets.
