Pat Daniels is the Co-Founder and CEO of CapRock Partners, an industrial investment and development firm based out of Orange County, California. Prior to founding CapRock, he was a founding member of MSJ Partners and was also with Hillwood Development Company and Trammell Crow Company. He has been involved in the development of industrial, multifamily, single family, commercial, office, mixed-use, self-storage and resort properties throughout the United States. He earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
