Graham Wahlberg is responsible for strategy, management and performance of the partnership, in addition to managing reporting and investor relationships. With over 15 years of experience in portfolio management, acquisitions and asset management, he has held several positions within the Industrial sector executing investments and portfolio strategy on a national level. Prior to joining Goodman, Wahlberg was responsible for acquisitions within Avistone, a boutique industrial investment firm and asset management within Diversified Development Group, a regional industrial developer. He holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
