Alex Althans is a Senior Associate at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for analyzing potential acquisitions and dispositions of the firm. While focusing on various aspects of the investment processes, his main focuses include underwriting, structuring, and financing of investments. Before joining Blue Owl, Alex was an investment banking associate in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure group at Wells Fargo, focusing on corporate advisory and capital raising for real estate clients. Alex received his BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.
