Brian Schwagerl is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Real Estate Development and Undergraduate Program Director at the NYUSPS Schack Institute of Real Estate. Brian is an attorney with experience working on land use, leasing, acquisition and disposition of property issues. He has worked as a senior corporate real estate executive in charge of design and construction projects at NBCUniversal and Hearst developing global corporate headquarters. He lectures frequently on Environment Social Governance (ESG), the "office of the future” in a post-pandemic world as well as property technology. Brian earned a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law.
