Rabiya Adhia is part of Cadillac Fairview's Strategic Planning and Insights team, supporting the organization to adapt to an ever-changing business environment, and to execute on its corporate strategic plan. Her work encompasses several asset classes (office, retail, multifamily, and industrial) across North America, Europe, and LATAM. Prior to Cadillac Fairview, Rabiya was part of the real estate advisory practice at PwC and EY, focused on providing clients portfolio optimization strategies and real estate valuations.
Rabiya has completed her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning, specializing in land use and real estate development. She is passionate about city building and sustainable long-term growth.
