Ed Lerum is head of global logistics real estate at NBIM. He leads NBIM’s unlisted logistics real estate strategy, transactions and asset management. NBIM’s unlisted logistics portfolio consists of approximately 136 million square feet across 12 countries. As of December 31, 2022, NBIM’s equity investment in private logistics real estate was valued at approximately $12 billion. Prior to joining NBIM in 2016, he served in transaction roles at GLP and IndCor, Blackstone’s first U.S. logistics real estate operating platform. Over his career, Ed has been involved in over $21 billion of completed real estate transactions. He holds an MSA and BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
