Gregg Boehm is a managing director and market officer in the Ares Real Estate Group, where he focuses on the sourcing and execution of U.S. industrial real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a managing director and market officer for Black Creek Industrial Fund LP, an investment platform sponsored by Black Creek Group, where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of all industrial investments in the Western Region of the United States. Throughout his career, Boehm has been involved with more than $5 billion of industrial transaction across 15 different markets in the U.S. He received an MBA from the University of California, Irvine in finance.
