After a 14-year career in commercial real estate, which included portfolio management of a $10 billion domestic equity portfolio, acquisitions and asset management, Alex Hancock pivoted to clean energy finance following his activation of a solar program within his portfolio at Nuveen. As Vice President of Clean Energy Finance at Nuveen Green Capital, Alex and his team work closely with their clients and partners to develop scalable and flexible equity and lending solutions, which includes leveraging Nuveen Green Capital’s market-leading C-PACE platform, to increase solar in the commercial and industrial segment.
