Shepard Stuart serves as vice president, development/construction for the Logistics Property Company’s Atlanta office, responsible for site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction management, marketing and leasing for ground-up developments throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining LPC, Stuart served as director of credit and asset management at Trimont Real Estate Advisors managing complex credit for commercial real estate lenders and investors around the world. He spent 10 years in construction consulting and engineering design and currently holds professional engineering designation in the state of Georgia. His project experience includes commercial, retail, multifamily, and industrial projects.
