McKenzie Darr has been involved in the development of multifamily properties with a total value in excess of $500 million. She has worked throughout the Western U.S. and specializes in entitlements. She has co-chaired the NAIOP Washington State Government Affairs Committee for the past three years, where she has led successful efforts to oppose rent control and an increase to the real estate excise tax. She is on the executive committee for the Partnership for Affordable Housing, an organization aimed at advancing policies to address our housing crisis, and was formerly on the University of Washington Runstad Department of Real Estate Advisory Board and the Washington State Department of Commerce Multifamily Tax Exemption Advisory Committee. She has a Master of Urban Planning and MS in Real Estate from the University of Washington.
