With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Sabrina Borghoff serves as vice president of business development for Martin-Harris Construction, leading regional growth and client engagement across Southern Nevada, Northern Nevada and Colorado. She partners with developers, brokers and institutional clients to align market strategy with execution across diverse sectors including industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, multifamily and tenant improvements. Borghoff also serves on the company’s Executive Leadership Council, contributing to long-term strategic planning and expansion initiatives. An active industry leader, she serves on the NAIOP Southern Nevada board of directors and leads the organization’s programs committee while also contributing nationally. She is a member of NAIOP’s Trends and Real Estate Development Forum. She is an affiliate member of SIOR and the founder of STEM for STEM, supporting women-led cancer research, and is recognized among Nevada’s top women leaders for her professional and philanthropic impact.
