David Grissom is a Managing Partner of Westport Residential, LLC, located in Denver, Colorado. The firm is a privately held company focused on acquiring and managing apartment communities. Mr. Grissom is responsible for capital raising and leading acquisitions for Westport Residential. Throughout his career he has worked on over $1.1 billion in acquisition and development projects. Mr. Grissom earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a current co-chair of the Deal and Investment Concepts Forum and a member of the CEO/Company Leadership group.
