With over 20 years in commercial real estate, and more than a decade specializing in Northern Nevada’s industrial market, Dobson has established herself as a trusted leader in tenant representation and strategic site selection. As vice president at Miller Industrial Properties, she has guided clients through more than 3.5 million square feet of leasing and acquisitions, blending deep market expertise with strong local relationships to deliver results and earning her prestigious SIOR designation in the process. Known for her collaborative approach and ability to simplify complex decisions, Dobson is a valued advisor to clients and colleagues alike. Outside of real estate, she enjoys life with her husband and three sons, spending time camping, exploring and chasing that perfect desert sunset.
