Matthew O’Hare is a seasoned executive with 30 years of expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, data center development, and high-performance computing environments. As a Certified Data Center Specialist and industry thought leader, he has guided Fortune 500 companies, national laboratories, electrical utilities, and financial institutions in designing and delivering resilient, high-efficiency data centers. He now serves as the managing director of Power Construction, Inc.'s Data Structures Group focusing on the data center and power generation markets. In addition to his executive roles, Garver serves as vice president of AFCOM Chicago, where he actively contributes to industry collaboration and education. He has authored articles for Mission Critical Magazine and BICSI News, sharing insights on emerging trends in data center technologies. Garver also sits on multiple advisory boards providing strategic council and guidance for the industry.
