Brewster Smith leads the Supply Chain Solutions team for Colliers' Occupier Services group. He is a supply chain consulting leader focused on developing and implementing solutions for OPEX reduction and service improvement. Over the course of his career, he has helped clients to identify and/or achieve $141 million in logistics related cost savings. Smith’s functional specializations include supply chain network optimization, site selection, transportation strategy, distribution center design, inventory targeting, 3PL strategic sourcing and robotics/automation evaluation. In his 25 years of experience as a supply chain practitioner, Brewster has advised 60+ organizations on three different continents in both the private and public sectors.
