Rameen is an analyst and licensed property tax consultant at Altus Group and specializes in reducing property taxes for owners, investors, and developers. Her comprehensive approach involves meticulous property assessments, thorough analysis of local tax regulations, and strategic negotiation with tax authorities.
She attended the University of North Texas, where she started her degree in fashion design and finished with a BBA in real estate! She was introduced to real estate at the age of 19 as a property manager for her family’s business while pursuing her career in fashion. After bumping into the head of real estate at UNT, she took one class and switched her major right away!
Rameen started as an intern in Altus Group’s property tax division during her senior year in 2023, then signed full-time right after graduating. She has a passion for all things real estate and attends all local conferences to stay up to date with market conditions and industry trends for her clients
