Kelli Griffith-Keedy serves as a Sales Executive with CoStar Group, the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. In her role, Kelli partners with an array of clients across the public and private sectors—including brokers, property owners, developers, housing authorities, lenders, and institutional investors—to deliver actionable insights and strategic solutions for multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and land assets. She specializes in leveraging CoStar’s suite of market-leading platforms, including CoStar, LoopNet, Apartments.com, STR, and Ten-X, to help clients identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate technology and client engagement, Kelli is recognized for her consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and in-depth market knowledge. Her commitment to advancing the industry is reflected in her active involvement with professional organizations; she currently serves on the membership committees for IFMA Kansas City and CREW Kansas City, where she helps foster connections and promote professional development.
