Tom Barbera is the CEO of Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV). Barbera is a proven entrepreneur with over 30 years of industrial real estate experience, all of which has been focused on supply chain-advantaged real estate. Barbera has extensive experience working with industrial properties near airports, intermodal rail facilities, ocean ports and urban infill areas. He started his career in brokerage in 1993 and as broker executed over seven million square feet in transactions with a total value in excess of $300 million. As a principal investor since 2006, Barbera has acquired or developed over $1 billion in industrial real estate assets. He has direct experience in property and construction management, acquisitions, development, equity and debt financing and joint venture formation.
