Brian Delgado

Brian Delgado joined Transwestern as global head of capital markets in 2024. In this role, he is responsible for global capital formation and business development efforts in service to Transwestern's TIG and TDC businesses. With 25 years of real estate investment and capital markets experience, his focus is on diversifying the firm's institutional partnerships and expansion of its investment product offering. Delgado received a B.S. in finance and management from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
