University of Oregon  | Undergraduate Student in Economics and Business

Chapter: NAIOP Oregon

On track to graduate with a BS in Economics from the University of Oregon in Fall 2024, with a passion for the intersecting worlds of real estate and economic strategy. My academic path is complemented by a minor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, and I'm armed with valuable certifications like the Real Estate Finance and Investments Certification (REFAI).

My journey so far has led me to immersive internships, including a hands-on role at Lincoln Property Company, where I delved into market research and underwriting across various asset classes. Currently, as a Real Estate Development Analyst at Brook Field Development Cup, I'm at the forefront of pioneering development proposals and land sale underwriting.

Looking ahead, I'm excited to join Walker & Dunlop as a Summer Analyst, where I'll contribute to multifamily debt processes and credit analysis. I'm also sharpening my industry acumen through Adventures in CRE’s Accelerator Core program, preparing myself to navigate the complexities of the real estate finance sector.

When I'm not analyzing market trends or forecasting economic potentials, I'm exploring the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with my dog, Milo, embracing the thrill of hiking, keeping active, and my love for travel and culinary adventures. I am always open to connecting and learning from industry leaders.
