Martin Romo is vice president of external affairs for Rowan, where he leads economic development, public policy, public relations and community engagement efforts. He is experienced in community development, government affairs, real estate development feasibility and site selection for industrial-scale infrastructure projects within data center markets. Romo holds a master's degree in economic development from Cornell University. Prior to joining Rowan, he was a member of the economic development team at Meta, supporting the development of several hyperscale data centers in the U.S.
