Jay Gelose is a Principal with DLR Group, located in Seattle, Washington. DLR Group is an integrated design firm with 30 offices worldwide delivering architecture, engineering, interiors, planning, and building optimization for new construction, renovation, and adaptive reuse. Mr. Gelose leads marketing and business development for clients in the hospitality, retail/mixed-use, and workplace markets in the Northwest. He is a leader in early project planning for financing and construction delivery methods, project team selection, contracting, and quality assurance in ongoing design services. Mr. Gelose’s recent work includes supporting diverse retail clients in the planning and design of shopping center renovations, expansions, and redevelopments, in additional to new retail centers. He also has worked closely with office and workplace teams to deliver tenant improvements, renovations, and new construction projects. Mr. Gelose is a past member of the NAIOP Annual Conference and National Education committees as well as the Associates II and III National Forums. He has been a member of the Trends in Real Estate Development II Forum since 2006.
