Steve Harder brings a diverse background in engineering, construction, and real estate development to his role as Secretary of the NAIOP Kansas City Chapter Board. A graduate of the University of Missouri in Mechanical Engineering, he began his career managing large-scale projects for a national contractor before transitioning into development. His portfolio spans senior living communities, multifamily apartments, hotels, residential neighborhoods, and more than 7 million square feet of industrial warehouse space nationwide.
At Flint Development, Steve oversees projects through the full life cycle—leading land acquisition, entitlement, financing, leasing, design, construction, and delivery.
