Kaitlin Arduino is president of Murphy Development Company, a leading developer of corporate industrial parks in San Diego with a 40+ year history. Arduino is responsible for day-to-day management of MDC, as well as all aspects of the development cycle including land-use analysis and site selection, entitlement and permitting. She manages new acquisitions and all dispositions of MDC’s assets. Murphy Development’s latest venture is in multifamily development, where they recently entitled 80 acres in a growth area of Boise, Idaho. Arduino served as NAIOP San Diego board president in 2025.
