Tucker Wincele is a managing director at Invesco Real Estate, which manages more than $90 billion of real estate assets globally. Wincele leads the firm’s sourcing efforts for the Southwest out of Invesco’s Newport Beach office, investing on behalf of the firm’s four co-mingled funds and more than a dozen separately managed accounts across multiple product types and all along the risk spectrum. Invesco Real Estate’s current industrial portfolio in the U.S. totals approximately 66 million square feet across nearly 150 buildings. Wincele joined Invesco in 2014 after graduating from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and lives in South Orange County.
