Phillip co-founded Hight Knox Properties in 2015 and has been active in industrial real estate for the last 25 years. Phillip has advised and participated in over $2 billion of acquisitions with capital partners such as the Blackstone Group and Wells Fargo Real Estate. Phillip has acquired industrial assets in most major markets across the Southeast throughout his career.
Phillip’s relationships with brokers and his market knowledge has enabled Hight Knox Properties to be an active buyer and market participant throughout the Southeast.
Phillip received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He currently serves on the Terry College of Business Advisory Board and was formerly President of the NAIOP Georgia Chapter. He sits on NAIOP’s national industrial acquisitions Forum.
