Richard Lo has 12 years of experience in structural, geotechnical, and waterfront engineering. He currently leads Langan’s geotechnical engineering practice in the Texas region out of the Austin office. Richard’s experience spans across the country, and has worked on commercial, mixed-use, tall tower, industrial, office, and residential markets. Richard also participates in several industry organizations and committees including NAIOP Austin’s Programs Committee and multiple ASCE Technical and Code Committees.
