Andy Weeks serves as chief development officer at VanTrust, overseeing all development activity nationwide. In this role, he leads the strategic direction and execution of the company’s real estate development efforts across all markets. Based in Columbus, Weeks previously led VanTrust’s operations throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Michigan in his capacity as executive vice president, where he managed all phases of the development process including project feasibility, market analysis, site acquisitions, entitlements and design and construction oversight for build-to-suit and speculative office, industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily projects.
